Grand Geneva Resort And Spa, Lake Geneva

While the resort offers spacious and comfortable accommodations, we had some challenges during our stay. We faced issues with room cleanliness and communication about pool reservations, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. On the upside, the staff, particularly Manager Ryan, went above and beyond to address our concerns, making our visit somewhat more enjoyable despite the hiccups. The amenities are great for families, adding to the overall appeal.

Staying at the Grand Geneva Resort was a mix of highs and lows. The brunch at the resort was a standout experience, offering a wonderful variety of dishes and exceptional service from the staff. However, my overall stay was marred by significant issues, especially regarding the room's placement and maintenance, leading to a disappointing experience during a special occasion. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the service hiccups and room quality detracted from what could have been a perfect getaway.

My girls' winter weekend at the Grand Geneva was a delightful experience overall. The spa services were exceptional and provided a luxurious touch to our stay. We had an absolute blast in the igloos during happy hour, and the dining experiences were lovely, with fabulous food and an impressively extensive wine list. However, I found the rooms to be a bit typical and not quite aligned with the grandeur expected from such a renowned resort, which is a slight letdown.
